Auto parts identification and quotation support
Start with the exact part and vehicle application rather than a similar product photograph. The catalogue covers aftermarket auto and motorcycle parts; compatibility, quality documents and supply conditions require confirmation for the part being quoted. A catalogue match or OEM reference alone does not guarantee fitment.
1. Identify the part and vehicle
Share the OEM or cross-reference number, vehicle manufacturer, model, year, engine or chassis code and required quantity. Include photographs of the existing part, connectors, mounting points and any stamped identification. State left or right position and other application differences when relevant.
2. Check the proposed application
Compare dimensions, mounting arrangement, electrical connections and operating requirements with the proposed item. Ask for the manufacturer reference, technical information and model-specific approval or test documents required by your destination. Resolve uncertain applications before confirming an order.
3. Agree sample, packaging and labelling requirements
Define the sample checks, buyer acceptance conditions and any artwork, barcode or packaging requirements. Confirm whether the selected item and order quantity support the requested options. Minimum quantity, sample availability and delivery schedule are confirmed for the actual order.
4. Request a written parts quotation
Send your part list, application details, quantity and destination market. The quotation should identify the proposed reference, fitment assumptions, included packaging, delivery basis and any checks still pending. Keep the agreed specification and evidence with the order record.
